How the rate is built up
You pay € 7.95 per employee per four weeks. That amount already takes into account that employees are not in the office every working day: holidays, public holidays and remote working days are factored into the average. So we don’t have to track anything, settle anything or invoice anything afterwards.
Why that’s nicer than paying per product
With separate orders your costs fluctuate from month to month and, without noticing, a lot of time goes into managing it: ordering, checking, re-ordering when things ran out faster than expected. With a fixed fee you know at the start of the year exactly what washroom hygiene costs, per employee, per period, with no surprises.
